515 - Human Resources
- Collaborate with the Finance Department and Information Technology (IT) Division as well as other key stakeholders to prepare a Finance and HR system Needs Assessment, Request for Proposal (RFP), and Vendor Selection Process; using consulting services to assist in the process as necessary. LEAD DEPARTMENT - IT
- Develop plan to fill key leadership and vacant positions with a strategic approach
- Work with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore on successor labor contract negotiations with CPCEA, CMEA, and CARP. Meet and confer with CPOA
