Room Description
The Activity Room (Room E-46) is newly updated with vinyl flooring, black-out shades, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator and freezer, and counter space. Meetings, small social gatherings, arts and craft activities, light cooking, and limited-activity programs are best suited to this room. Included in Activity Room rental rates are tables, chairs, and supervisory / custodial staff to provide set-up and take-down of provided equipment and furnishings.

**PLEASE NOTE: effective January 1, 2019 a 2% Facility Preservation Fee was added to the hourly rate of all facility rentals (including gyms). This 2% increase is reflected in the prices below.
Other Fees and Requirements:
- $25 processing fee per permit and accessed with any changes to permits (non-refundable)
- $300 refundable damage deposit
- Non-Profit groups must provide proof of NP status at the time of application, and payment must come from the Non-Profit organization
