The city accepts applications for special events held on public property for special civic, cultural and fundraising events. The city allows these events to take place in designated city parks or in downtown Campbell which benefit the community through cultural enrichment and enhance the charm of the historic downtown. All events are required to reimburse the city for staffing costs associated with the planning and staffing of events. Fully completed applications are due a minimum of 90 days before the event date.

DOWNTOWN SPECIAL EVENTS - Permitted through Police Department
Large events being held on private property do not require a special event permit, but do require approval of the Campbell Police Department. For more information call the Campbell Police Department event coordinator at 408-866-2710.
