The City of Campbell is currently soliciting voluntary input from tenants, residents, property managers and landlords about their attitudes on second-hand smoke in multi-unit housing communities in the City. Currently, the City neither restricts indoor smoking in multi-unit housing, nor is the City Council currently considering such restrictions. Tenants, property managers and landlords determine their multi-unit housing communities' smoking policies.
City law does regulate smoking in various locations including public buildings, restaurants, dining areas and public recreational areas such as open space, parks, and trails.
