What City services are available?

What City services are available during the pandemic?

At the beginning of the pandemic and in an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the City of Campbell made the tough decision to close City Hall to the public until further notice. Staff will be working everyday; however, some of our services have been limited or postponed during this time. Our staff is working diligently behind the scenes to allow some essential City services to be available online, by phone, or by appointment only.

Police Department Lobby Closed

At this time the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • Citation Sign-Off
  • Pre-Booking
  • Prescription drug drop-off
  • Station visits or ride-alongs

If you need assistance from the Records Division, please contact (408) 866-2721.

For all other Police Department assistance, please call (408) 866-2101.

Report a Concern

Please contact a department or division directly via phone or e-mail to receive more information on how you may conduct your business with the City. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
