1. How do I report a street light outage?

2. I will be doing some construction and digging. How can I avoid hitting the underground utility lines?

When digging in the City right-of-way, you must call Underground Service Alert (U.S.A.) at 1-800-227-2600. They will notify the appropriate utility companies who in turn will mark their facilities in the public right of way. You must contact U.S.A. at least two working days prior to commencing any work.
