Stephen Rose is a Senior Planner in the Planning Division of the City's Community Development Department. In Campbell, several of Stephen's more significant projects have included work on the 2040 General Plan, 2023-2031 Housing Element, Multi-Family Development and Design Standards, Wireless Facilities Ordinance, and associated Wireless Facilities Design Requirements. While from the Bay Area, he has worked on planning projects in San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino, Sonoma, and Santa Clara County. Stephen is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with his B.S. in City and Regional Planning.
