Dance Studios

Room Description

Two Community Center Dance Studios are available for rent on a very limited basis. Both have ballet bars and mirrors (one has hardwood floors). Each have a maximum capacity of 20. They are available for rent for dance classes and similar types of activities. No food, beverages, smoking or hard-soled shoes are allowed.

**PLEASE NOTE: effective January 1, 2019 a 2% Facility Preservation Fee was added to the hourly rate of all facility rentals (including dance studios). This 2% increase is reflected in the prices below.

Other Fees and Requirements:

• $25 processing fee per permit and accessed with any changes to permits (non-refundable)
• $200 refundable damage deposit
• Insurance is required to rent either of the Dance Studios.  Click here for insurance requirements.
• Non-Profit groups must provide proof of NP status at the time of application, and payment must come from the Non-Profit organization
• Campbell Residents - To qualify for the Campbell Resident discount, customers must provide proof of residency upon request (i.e. driver's license, utility bill, etc.) Permit holder and payee must be in the same name to qualify for resident discount.
  • $5 per hour discount for rental of the Dance Studios

How To Reserve: 

 You can now make your reservations online! Visit our Recreation Registration/Reservation Portal look for the pink CCC Facility Rental tab.
 

1. Select Facility to view 
2. Select date and time and check if available.
3. If available, create an account and add to cart
4. If you are interested in a recurring rental please check your additional date availability first then add the additional dates and times in the "additional event notes" section. **Only make one reservation request*
5. Please read through our policies and answer the additional questions. 
6. If you need to view our facility it will be done AFTER a reservation request has been processed.
7. NO FEES are collected during online reservation requests.
8. Complete the transaction.
9. Our staff will be in contact to complete the permit within 3 business days.
10. All reservation requests are pending until all fees are paid and insurance documents received.
