Residential Permit Parking Application - New Permits

  1. Residential Permit Parking Program - NEW Permit Application
    This form is for new residents who have never purchased Residential Permit Parking hang tags.
  2. THE FOLLOWING MUST BE SUBMITTED:
     VALID California Driver’s License or Photo ID  PROOF OF RESIDENCY: One of the following documents which shows the resident’s name and address: • Current lease agreement (required if a permit has previously been issued to the residency) • Entire current (last 90 days) copy of utility bill • Current property tax bill
  3. Must show resident's name and address. Valid documents include (Current Lease Agreement, Current Utility Bill; Current Property Tax Bill)
  4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES*
    I hereby certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct as to the facts contained herein and I am a resident of the above listed address and that the vehicle(s) listed are registered with the state of California, Department of Motor Vehicles. I also certify I have read the information regarding the use of this permit and understand the POLICIES AND PROCEDURES as they relate to authorized Residential Parking Permits.
