This process is estimated to be around 1 week, timeline is subject to change.
We are only accepting 2 (two) qualifying applicants per week for the express process
→ The application submission deadline for this program is every Sunday by 11:59pm to be considered for acceptance into the program that week.
→ If you do not meet all the requirements listed below you'll be routed through the normal plan check process.
Submitting through the express plan check program gives the city and all other involved agencies authorization to redline all submitted documents as required for permit approval.
