Description

The project will construct safety improvements at the intersections of Civic Center Drive at Second and Third Streets. Improvements include bulb outs, ADA-compliant accessibility curb ramps, spot islands, signing and striping, bio-retention basins, storm inlets, and relocation of rapid flashing beacon systems and streetlights.

Construction is completed. City Council will consider accepting the improvements at their regular city council meeting scheduled for March 24, 2026.

On January 16, 2018, the City Council accepted the final report for the Transportation Improvement Plan for The Campbell Priority Development Area Project (TIPC Study). The TIPC Study is intended to enhance travel in Historic Downtown Campbell by incorporating complete-streets elements including transportation improvements that will serve pedestrians, bicyclists and transit users in this area.
