
The Patrol Section of the Field Services Division is staffed by twenty police officers, four police agents, and four police sergeants. Additional Field Services Division personnel are assigned to administration, training, and technical services. The division is managed by a captain.
The Field Services Division is primarily responsible for responding to calls for service in the City of Campbell. Officers handle approximately 35,000 calls annually. These calls include community-generated calls for service and proactive enforcement activity. Officers also write approximately 5,500 crime reports each year and make approximately 1,800 arrests.
