Codes and Standards

View the City of Campbell's Zoning Code. Please note: published documents may not reflect latest legislative changes or account for state or federal preemption for two reasons:

  1. Recently passed ordinances affecting land use and development that have not yet been incorporated into the Code or apply on an interim basis.

  2. Areas of conflict the City recognizes as preempted by state or federal law, pending future Code updates.
